INGREDIENTS:

Strawberry-infused Aperol

Stoli Elit Vodka

Pere Magloire Calvados

Cherry bitters

Drappier Champagne

RECIPE:

In a cocktail shaker, mix 1.5 oz of strawberry-infused Aperol, 1 oz of gin or vodka, 1⁄2 oz of Pere Magloire Calvados, and 4 dashes of cherry bitters. Shake, strain, and top off with Champagne. Garnish with an orange peel.
