Hello Beauties !
How you all are doing ? It's the day 4 of Digit-al Dozen weekly theme Birthday. I did five 3D birthday things for all five days. For day 4 I made party caps, balloons, buntings, in 3D look. Check it out.

The Digit-al Dozen : Birthday : Day 4 : 3D cap

I started with two coats base of innisfree 10 and topped it with Sinfulcolors Carats Of Cargo on index I use stamping decals made by Mo You London Happy Birthday 02. Middle finger have 3D balloons which I stamped by Bundle Monster H - 20. I applied a gloppy drop of jelly polish on the balloon images to make it 3D. Ring finger is decorated by a 3D party Cap and Happy Birthday Banner. Cap is made off by a fake nail tip cut in to the shape of cap and colored it by Zoya. Birthday banner image from BM H - 19. On pinky I stamp some buntings . In the last all seal together with glisten and glow.
