Miley Cyrus is all smiles as she takes her adorable pet pooch Happy out for a walk on Tuesday (August 7) in Philadelphia, Penn.
The 19-year-old entertainer is currently in Philly while her fiance Liam Hemsworth works on his new movie Paranoia.
Liam was spotted hard at work on the set of his upcoming thriller earlier in the week. We can’t wait to see the movie – it’s set to hit theaters next fall!
